A Odd/Even Sudoku puzzle

Odd/Even Sudoku

Pink cells take odd digits, white cells even.

Also known as Parity Sudoku.

How to play Odd/Even Sudoku

  • Standard 9×9 sudoku: 1–9 exactly once per row, column and 3×3 box.
  • Every cell is shaded. Pink cells take an odd digit (1, 3, 5, 7, 9); white cells take an even one (2, 4, 6, 8).

Where to start

Shading alone cuts every cell to five candidates or four before you deduce anything.
