Reporting a bug

It helps to include:

• the variant and level, or the date if it was the daily puzzle
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead
• your device and browser
• a screenshot, if the board looks wrong

Other things to write about

• a variant you'd like to see added
• a puzzle whose difficulty grade seems wrong
• questions about your data (see the privacy policy)

Lost progress?

There are no accounts, so your progress lives in the browser you played in. It can't be recovered from our side, and it doesn't move between devices or browsers. Clearing your browsing data or using a private window removes or hides it.
